At this time, we do not accept insurance. We operate on a self-pay basis, offering competitive rates for our services. We understand the importance of insurance coverage and are actively exploring options to potentially accept it in the future.

We accept cash, credit/debit cards, electronic bank transfers, and Health Savings Account (HSA) payments for your convenience. While we primarily operate on a self-pay basis, we offer limited sliding scale rates based on financial need.

We’re happy to accommodate cancellations made up to 12 hours in advance. However, for no-shows or cancellations made less than 12 hours before the appointment, our full rate applies. (It’s important to note that mentorship is not the same as therapy, but we can certainly to determine the best fit for your needs.)

Not at all. While our practice is rooted in Christian principles and faith-based counseling, we welcome clients from all backgrounds and belief systems. Our goal is to create a safe and supportive environment where you can explore your concerns, regardless of your religious affiliation or spiritual beliefs.

No, we do not provide services to children in our practice. Our focus is on providing therapy and counseling services for women. However, if you’re seeking therapy services for a child, we may be able to provide a referral.

Faith-based counseling incorporates spiritual elements into the therapeutic process, such as prayer, scripture study, and discussions about faith and spirituality. This approach recognizes the interconnectedness of mind, body, and spirit, and seeks to address emotional, psychological, and spiritual needs simultaneously.

During your initial consultation, which is conducted by phone or online, we’ll dedicate up to 15 minutes to gather information and address any questions you may have. This session is not a therapy session but rather an opportunity for us to get to know each other better and determine if we’re a good fit. You’ll have the chance to share your concerns, goals, and any questions about the counseling process. It’s a relaxed Q&A session designed to ensure that we can work together effectively towards your well-being.

This is where the real work begins, as we collaborate to outline a roadmap for your therapeutic journey. You may even leave with a simple homework assignment, empowering you to start implementing the work between sessions. This proactive approach ensures that you can begin applying strategies and techniques right away, fostering progress and growth outside of our sessions together.

The duration of your counseling or therapy varies depending on your unique circumstances and therapeutic goals. While some clients may experience significant progress in a few sessions, others may require longer-term support. Together, we’ll regularly assess your progress and adjust our approach as needed to ensure you’re moving toward your desired outcomes.

Currently, our sessions are offered exclusively online via a secure platform.

Getting started is simple! Just  schedule a consultation. During this brief consultation, we’ll discuss your needs, goals, and any questions you may have about the counseling process. From there, we’ll schedule your first session, and together, we’ll begin your journey towards healing and growth. Don’t hesitate to contact us – we’re here to support you every step of the way.
