Change can be hard, whether it’s a new season, a Change can be hard, whether it’s a new season, a big decision, or something stirring in your heart. If you’re feeling stretched or uncertain, remember you can bring it all to God in prayer. 🕊️ Psalm 46:1 reminds us, ‘God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble.’ And in Proverbs 3:5-6, we’re called to ‘trust in the Lord with all your heart… and He will direct your paths.’ Let these verses encourage you to lean on Him through each transition. God can help restore your voice and bring you back to the truth of who you are in Him. Here’s how to begin: 1️⃣ Identify & Replace the Lies — Start by calling out the lies that may have taken root and replace them with God’s truth. You are loved, worthy, and purposefully created. 2️⃣ Embrace Your God-Given Worth — In prayer, ask God to show you how He sees you. Meditate on Psalm 139:14—“I praise You, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made.” Remind yourself that your voice matters. 3️⃣ Take Small, Brave Steps — Rebuilding confidence is a process. Start by speaking up in safe spaces, like sharing with trusted friends or journaling in prayer. 4️⃣ Lean into Faith-Centered Community — Community is a powerful space for rebuilding strength and courage. When you’re surrounded by people who uplift and support you, healing becomes possible.
